Each week, we gather online for an hour. We focus on training for a healthy body and engage in simple meditation exercises to slow down. Throughout our sessions, there are opportunities to exchange about topics that matter to our personal and physical growth.

During the live sessions, I answer your questions and provide feedback to make your practice easier. In between, you can participate in community challenges, ask questions, celebrate achievements, or seek extra motivation when needed.

Online sessions

  • Physical self-care (movement): daily at 7:30 AM (CET).
  • Meditation: daily at 8:00 AM (CET).
  • Mobility/strength/mindfulness: every Wednesday at 7:00 PM (CET).
  • Yoga: every Monday at 6:00 PM (CET).

Most likely, yes. Many ailments improve with movement, even if the affected area is protected, because the body as a whole benefits. I’ll provide you with appropriate exercises for your circumstances during the training.

No, you don’t have to. You’ll benefit more from the training if you do, as I can provide feedback on your execution, tailor exercises to you, and create a more pleasant group atmosphere. However, the decision to turn on your camera is entirely up to you.

A stable internet connection, the video call software Zoom, and an internet-capable device with a camera (laptop, tablet, phone). Additionally, you’ll need at least 2 square meters of space and, if you prefer, a mat.
