Join us for „Aperitivo Selvatico,“ where an evening of wild exploration awaits. We’ll start our adventure in the late afternoon with a guided walk into the forest led by your host, Nadja. Together, we’ll forage for seasonal wild herbs and flowers. Afterwards we will settle by the campfire where we’ll immerse ourselves in crafting wild pestos and herbal spreads. We’ll indulge in wild cocktails and mocktails infused with locally foraged ingredients like wild bitters, syrups, and tonics, each sip bursting with delightful wild flavors. Seated around the fire, we’ll share stories about the plants we’ve gathered, along with folklore and myths. Throughout the night, enjoy a fixed menu featuring three cocktail/mocktail options paired with foraged wild spreads and homemade sourdough bread.
